About the position

On behalf of our client, we at Perido are looking for an HR Administrator. The company is a world-leading provider of transport solutions and, together with partners and customers, they are driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. The position is based at our client's large headquarters in Södertälje, with some opportunity for remote work.

Main responsibilities

The assignment involves daily assistance to the operational HR team. Your primary focus will be to provide administrative support and contribute to the streamlining of workflows and processes. These are your areas of responsibility:

• Manage confidential personal data, employment contracts, and other sensitive documents in accordance with GDPR guidelines
• Maintain high-quality standards while working efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflows and daily workload

Qualifications:

• University degree with a focus on personnel administration or equivalent
• Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Previous experience covering the full spectrum of HR administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees, changes during employment, and terminations
• Solid understanding of GDPR regulations regarding the handling of confidential data
• Experience in managing personal data, employment contracts, and other sensitive documentation
• Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
• Successful history of digitizing and automating HR administrative processes in previous roles (preferably in large companies)

Scope and start date

Full-time consultancy assignment for 9 months. Immediate start.
